ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and significant international shipping costs, we do not accept returns or exchanges from these regions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is final and non-refundable.

14-DAY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from delivery date.

How to Return (EU/France customers only)

1. Notify us within 14 days of delivery

• Subject: "EU Withdrawal - Order #[number]"

• Include: Order number, name, delivery address

2. Return the product within 14 days of notification

• Product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered

• Original condition with all tags and packaging intact

• Free from perfume, makeup, stains, or signs of use

3. Ship back at your expense

• Use tracked, insured shipping (La Poste, Mondial Relay, etc.)

• Estimated return shipping: €15-35

• You are responsible for safe return
